These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “GTU”) aim to define the terms of access and use of the website ciglir-international.fm (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), published by CIGLIR International. Accessing and browsing the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTU.

2. Purpose of the Site

The purpose of the Site is to present CIGLIR International, the confederation and its founding Grand Lodges, its solidarity actions, and to offer an information area and a member area reserved for authorized persons (members, candidates, observers).

The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. Certain pages or features (member area, resources) may be reserved for individuals with a valid account and credentials.

CIGLIR International makes every effort to ensure access to the Site 24/7, but cannot be held responsible in the event of interruption, maintenance, or any other event rendering the Site inaccessible.

4. Member Area

Access to the member area is reserved for persons authorized by CIGLIR International (members, candidates, observers). Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and any activity carried out from their account.

Any fraudulent or improper use of the member area may result in the suspension or deletion of the account concerned, without prejudice to any legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, graphics, structure) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of CIGLIR International or its partners (member Grand Lodges), unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, without prior written authorization, is prohibited and may lead to legal proceedings.

The processing of personal data collected via the Site (contact form, newsletter, member area) is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (partner Grand Lodge sites, external resources). CIGLIR International has no control over these sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content.

CIGLIR International strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Site, without guaranteeing the absence of errors or omissions. The user acknowledges using this information under their own responsibility.

CIGLIR International cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from access to or use of the Site, including those related to a computer virus or intrusion.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTU are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

10. Modification of the GTU

CIGLIR International reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Users are invited to consult them regularly. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
